Sandy Harman is the founder and principal consultant of CORE MedLegal Consulting, LLC. She is a doctorally prepared and triple board-certified nurse practitioner with more than 30 years of nursing experience and more than two decades of advanced clinical practice.

Her clinical background includes emergency medicine, trauma care, critical care, adult acute care, hospital-based care, urgent care, and family medicine.

This breadth of practice allows her to evaluate medical records across multiple points in the patient’s course—from initial presentation and triage through diagnostic evaluation, treatment, consultation, escalation, hospitalization, and discharge.
